Curb Rash Repair
Turnaround: Same-day or next-day
Curb rash is what happens when a wheel meets a curb harder than it should. The face gets scraped, the paint gets gouged, and suddenly your wheel has a white or silver scar across the edge.
We pull the wheel off the car, sand the damage down past the gouge, match the factory paint, shoot it, and lay a proper clear coat on top. When it goes back on the vehicle, the damage is gone. Not hidden. Gone.
- Sand down past the damage, never over it
- Factory paint match per wheel, per vehicle
- Real clear coat, not rattle can

Bent Wheel Repair
Turnaround: Same-day or next-day
Pothole. Railroad crossing taken too fast. A chunk of concrete in the road. Any of those can bend a rim, and a bent rim means vibration at highway speed, uneven tire wear, or a slow leak where the bead used to seal.
We have a dedicated machine for this. Not a mallet, not a press - a purpose-built wheel-straightening machine that works the wheel back to factory specs while we monitor the runout. Rim straight, tire seats, vibration gone.
- Dedicated bent-wheel machine
- Worked back to factory specs, verified
- No hammers, no guesswork

Cracked Wheel Welding
Turnaround: Same-day or next-day
A cracked wheel is a safety issue, not a cosmetic one. Crack gets longer. Wheel fails. Tire blows out. We do not want you driving on a wheel that is going to fail.
We cut the crack out entirely, then re-weld using a full-penetration technique. The weld goes all the way through, not just across the surface. Done right, the repair is stronger than the metal around it. After it cools, we machine the face back smooth and refinish.
- Crack cut out entirely, not filled over
- Full-penetration weld, not a surface tack
- Refaced and refinished after the weld

CNC Wheel Face Refacing
Turnaround: Same-day or next-day
Some wheels - especially machined-face or "diamond cut" wheels - cannot be refinished by sanding and painting. The face is a machined surface, and once it is damaged, it has to be machined again to look factory.
We run a precision CNC machine built for exactly this job. The machine cuts a new face on the wheel that matches the original pattern, giving it the same clean machined finish it came with from the factory.
- Precision CNC purpose-built for wheel refacing
- Original face pattern restored
- Pocket color refinished to match or changed

Wheel Powder Coating
Turnaround: 3 to 5 days
Sometimes you want the wheels back to stock. Sometimes you want them a completely different color. Powder coat handles both. We strip the wheel down to bare metal, sandblast any imperfections out, and apply a fresh powder coat. Tougher than paint. Resists chipping. Lasts.
Stock silver. Gloss black. Satin gunmetal. Bronze. Paint-code matched. If you can pick it, we can coat it.
- Stripped to bare metal before coating
- Sandblasted for proper adhesion
- Any color - stock, custom, or paint-matched

Frequently asked
Questions we get a lot.
Can you repair my wheel with the tire still on it?
Tire stays on unless the job needs it off (powder coat, some welds). Either way, the wheel comes off the vehicle. That is the rule.
Will the repair match the other wheels on my car?
We match the factory paint per vehicle. The repaired wheel should look the same as the other three when we are done. If you want all four refinished to match perfectly, we can do that too.
How long does a typical repair take?
Curb rash, bent wheels, cracked wheels, and CNC refacing are usually a same-day or next-day turnaround. Powder coating runs 3 to 5 days because of the strip, blast, coat, and cure process. Call and we will give you a specific ETA for your job.
Do you work on motorcycle, truck, or trailer wheels?
Yes to all three. The machine and the process are the same. Send us a picture and we will tell you whether we can do it.
Do you replace wheels, or only repair them?
Repair only. If a wheel is past repair, we will tell you straight and point you toward a good replacement source.
How much does curb rash repair cost?
A typical curb rash repair runs about $125. The exact price depends on the size and number of damaged spots, but $125 is a good ballpark for a standard single-wheel curb rash fix. Call or send a photo and we will give you a firm number.
Can you weld a cracked wheel and make it safe to drive on?
Yes - when the crack is in a repairable location and the wheel is otherwise sound. A full-penetration weld done properly is stronger than the original metal. There are occasionally cracks we will not repair if the wheel has too much damage elsewhere. We will tell you straight.
Do you offer powder coat colors beyond black?
Anything you want. Stock colors, gloss, satin, matte, custom. Bring a sample or a paint code.
Where are you located?
